Salary £32,737 - £36,989 Location Wakefield District Hours Up to 37 hours (flexible working welcomed) End Date 11/12/2024 Reference W195/24 We’re looking for someone who would like to manage and motivate a small team of employees, on fixed term contracts, to work efficiently, safely and to ensure targets are achieved. What you'll be doing Day to day you’ll work with and supervise the team undertaking Environmental Works on our estates carrying out duties such as fencing, ground works, grounds maintenance, cleaning and caretaking. You will provide effective and holistic support to participants with any problems or issues affecting their ability to undertake their role, supporting their development and assisting them in their progress towards long-term employability. What we're looking for evidence of completing environmental installation works including fencing and groundworks; significant experience working in a customer facing environment; evidence of works supervision/coaching; a qualification at Level 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework; and experience of providing support and guidance in a mentoring/coaching capacity.
