A new role has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established business in Stafford. The company is looking for someone who preferably has previous experience in a B2B sales role.
This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, confident in heavy outbound calls, and can read data to understand potential selling opportunities.
Working within a small office environment, you will be responsible for providing sales support to customers via email and telephone. You will also be responsible for your own work management and have a confident approach to actively upselling products and services.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be required to:
1. Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
2. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
3. Answer customers’ questions, resolve their concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails.
4. Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services.
5. Maintain and improve the database of prospects.
6. Research for new leads.
7. Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
8. Upsell products and services.
The Internal Sales Executive should have the following skills or experience:
1. Previous sales experience in B2B.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
