About the role
Working Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, this role involves assisting with the administration of fleet maintenance and you will complete a Business Administration Level 3 qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced working environment.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating all aspects of equipment movement and maintenance across Europe.
Compiling data and monitoring incoming customer requests.
Updating and maintaining accurate system records.
Responding to emails and phone calls professionally.
Working with internal information platforms to support fleet operations.
Assisting with fleet maintenance administration and record-keeping.
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks.
About you
No formal qualifications are required, but basic computer skills are essential. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a small team, takes ownership of their tasks, and has a keen willingness to learn.
