Production and Fabrication Operative - Derby
Blue Arrow is looking to recruit experienced production and fabrication operatives for a brand new, state of art factory based in Derby. Our client, world-known manufacturing leader takes pride in providing highest standards of health and safety.
Please note that this is a full-time role so we can only accept applications from candidates that are available and eligible to work more than 38 hours per week on on-going basis.
About the role:
You would be playing a vital role in manufacturing process, operating various machines and other production equipment ensuring highest quality of the final product and efficiency.
Full training is provided however previous experience would be required. You will have to attend an on-site induction including a site tour and presentation before start date can offered - slots are limited so if you find yourself suitable for the role click APPLY now.
Successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working in production/ manufacturing (welding, machine set up experience would be an advantage)
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures and ability to always meet site requirements
- Ability to carry out duties according to training requirements, quality orientated
- Great attention to detail, able to spot and report any potential issues/ faults during the production process.
- Able to work in face paced and targeted environment
- Willing to learn new processes, motivated and tasks focused.
- 'Can-do' attitude
Pay Rates
This client offers excellent pay rates which increase with length of service!
- £13.17 per hour on morning shift (up to £16.63)
- £15.01 per hour on afternoon shift (up to £18.47)
Shift Pattern:
We are looking for candidates with full flexibility to cover 2 shift rotations
-Day shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:30, Friday 06:00 - 12:00
-Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 14:30 - 23:00, Friday 12:00 - 18:00
