We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Agency Safeguarding Nurses (MASN) Team Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. The purpose of the role is to provide a supportive administrative service to the MASN Teamand wider Safeguarding team. Main duties of the job Provide administrative support to the Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust. To maintain strict confidentiality at all times and to work within the Data Protection Act. Use of various electronic systems for creation input, retrieval and updating of children's records in relation to children's' health with regards to Multi- Agency Hub process and information. This includes the input outcomes and registration of referrals from appropriateagencies. Vetting of incoming information from the Multi- Agency Hub notification of this information to identified health staff as appropriate either electronically or by telephone. Use of national and local patient demographic systems to check identification and address details of children as necessary. Input data as required in a timely and accurate manner.
