Joining Our Team
Join the Bears Women Team as our Multimedia Executive!
Bears Women have landed in Birmingham! They’re the Second City’s first fully-professional cricket team based at the iconic Edgbaston stadium – and are raring to get going in a new-look national competition structure in 2025. We want them to be courageous, passionate and innovative both on and off the field. That’s where you come in!
We’re seeking a creative Multimedia Executive to help drive engagement with fans and position Bears Women as a standout sports brand across our social and digital channels, media, and the wider community.
As part of the communications team, you will manage and support content creation from concept to delivery across the Club’s digital channels. You will also have an opportunity to get involved with content for the Bears Men and Birmingham Phoenix teams.
If you have experience in filming, video editing, and content creation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve, along with an understanding of social media trends, analytics, and innovative content production, we’d love to hear from you.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays is essential, and while experience in sports media is a bonus, passion and fresh ideas are what matter most.
