I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager to manage a 85 bedded Nursing Home for the elderly. The home is rated Good with CQC. Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager: Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training. Managing budgets. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care. Gaining ‘GOOD’ CQC. Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors. Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to. Nursing Home Manager Requirements: Registered with CQC. Active Pin Experience within a Managers or Deputy role within a Nursing Home NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management. Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients. Managing budgets. Clinical skills. Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
