The Role
The post:holder will be responsible for the management of the Children and Young Peoples service operating across Northumberland, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham.
They deliver short break respite supporting children and young people both in their own home and to access their community. They work closely with families and funders to make sure the service they offer meets their needs.
The post:holder will line manage their dedicated children and young people workforce and will register as a Registered Manager with the CQC.
They want the service to reach more children, young people and their families and so the post:holder will take a lead role in assessing new referrals and developing packages of support to meet their needs.
All applicants must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( or equivalent qualification)
