This vacancy is for an Ecommerce Administration Apprentice based in Burnley.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the business with general administrative duties as well as other ad–hoc duties defined by management.
We are a wholesaler and retailer of Home & Garden Furniture and an exciting opportunity has arisen due to continued growth. We are looking for an Apprentice Ecommerce Assistant to join our team, under the management of the eCommerce Development Executive. This position will consist of undertaking the administrative aspect of a multi–channel selling business.
Key tasks:
1. Working with data spreadsheets and creating new listings and maintaining them.
2. Generating reports on sales and product data ensuring we always have the optimum output.
3. Updating product data and pricing information (Full training will be given).
4. Working on promotion tools on marketplaces.
5. Weekly review of sales reports, and report any anomalies.
6. Additional responsibility– additional administrative assistance where required.
The successful candidate will:
1. Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
2. Possess a high level of attention to detail.
3. Be highly organised.
4. Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act pro–actively and intuitively.
5. Ability to work independently, remaining focused and motivated.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
Training to be provided
BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF.
Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English can be obtained on the course if you don't already hold these qualifications.
