We are recruiting for multiple positions on both morning and afternoon shifts. Part time positions for working 19.6 hours per week including one full weekend and one Saturday and one Sunday out of every 6 weeks rolling rota. You will also receive a 10% flat rate allowance on top of your salary. We are recruiting to the below positions. Full Time Morning Hours – 37 hours per week across 4 days Part Time Afternoon Hours – 19.6 hours per week across 3 days – The pro rata salary for this role is £12,366 per annum. Drive our brand new, electric minibuses, contributing to a sustainable future. Get to know your passengers—from students to commuters, older individuals, and those with disabilities. Navigate through diverse landscapes, from suburban areas to scenic rural Essex countryside. What We're Looking For Hold a valid driving license with a D1 entitlement—essential for the role. Experience working with diverse customer backgrounds and needs. Adaptable and flexible with a calm and professional approach. Ability to work in a timely manner. Proficient in using smartphones and/or tablets. Ability to follow navigation and other instructions from the digital app. Excellent communication and social skills in a customer-based setting. If successful, you will require. An enhanced DBS checks. To undertake training in the use of a specific digital app that is integral to the service. To undertake mandatory training, including MiDAS.
