Vehicle Technician - Prestige Main Dealer
Location: West Byfleet
Salary: Up to 55,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays

The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
* Perform routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles.
* Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
* Conduct high-voltage (HV) repairs and maintenance (if qualified).
* Ensure all work meets manufacturer and customer standards.
* Carry out pre-delivery inspections with precision.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
* Preferably HV trained or with a willingness to complete further EV/HV training.
* Previous experience in a prestige/main dealer environment is advantageous.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
* A valid UK driving license.
