Job Overview
An individual with secretarial, communication, and office skills is required to join the team supporting the Chief Executive’s Office for Tayside.
You will have a flexible approach to work, the ability to prioritise and cope with a demanding workload, be good under pressure, and be committed to the objectives of the wider team. The role will involve the provision of a wide range of secretarial duties including management of diaries, acting as a key point of contact, note-taking, and setting up meetings as well as general office duties. You should demonstrate a professional manner, tact, diplomacy, and an awareness of confidentiality.
The successful candidate will join the team which supports the Chief Executive’s Office and will have a wide range of interactions with NHS Tayside staff, and colleagues at Partner Agencies e.g. University of Dundee and external stakeholders.
