We are currently representing a company which has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Manager, based over in Cradley Heath our client is a well-established distribution company.
The company specialises in the distribution of surface materials to commercial and residential sectors.
The working hours are: 8:00AM – 5:30PM Monday – Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

* Ensure all sales office targets are met.
* Recruit, train and manage the sales office staff.
* Liaise with manufacturers’ representatives.
* Ensure the trade counter operates effectively and safely.
* Assist the sales and marketing director with marketing tasks needed.
