Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Booking Agent to join our team at Tŷ SA Serviced Accommodation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating bookings for our serviced accommodation properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming booking inquiries through various channels (website, email, booking platforms) and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Process reservations, payments, and confirmations in a timely manner using our booking system.
* Update and maintain property availability across booking platforms to avoid overbooking's and maximise occupancy.
* Built positive relationships with guests, addressing their needs and concerns before, during, and after their stay.
* Collaborate with property management and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest check-ins and high service standards.
* Monitor guest reviews and feedback, responding professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction and positive online presence.
* Assist in optimising pricing and promotions to increase booking conversion rates and revenue.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a booking or reservations role, ideally within the hospitality or serviced accommodation sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and partners.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Preferred experience with booking management software and online travel agency platforms.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address guest issues and ensure a positive experience.
* Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate guest inquiries and peak booking periods.
