Job Purpose The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in relaunching the company and its products in the UK & Ireland market, while also serving as a brand ambassador across all cluster countries. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, supporting employer branding, capturing customer voice, localising marketing activities, and contributing valuable insights to the cluster marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to support trade fairs and cluster marketing activities. Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement ● Relaunching Initiatives (UK & Ireland): Lead the relaunching efforts for the company and its products in the UK & Ireland market. Develop and execute strategic relaunching campaigns to enhance brand perception and market positioning. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials and messaging that resonate with the local audience. ● Brand Ambassador Responsibilities (Cluster Countries): Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brand awareness and employer branding across all cluster countries. Advocate for the brand's values, mission, and products in various marketing and public relations activities. Collect and amplify customer voice, ensuring feedback is integrated into brand strategies. ● Localisation of Marketing Activities: Adapt and localise marketing activities and campaigns developed by colleagues to suit the UK & Ireland market. Ensure that marketing content, messaging, and strategies are culturally relevant and effective for the local audience. Monitor and analyse the performance of localised marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement. ● Market Insights and Customer Requirements: Provide input to the cluster marketing team on local market trends, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the UK & Ireland market with regard to branding and brand positioning. Share insights on customer needs and expectations to inform product development and marketing strategies. ● Trade Fair Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of trade fairs, exhibitions, and other marketing events in the UK & Ireland. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities to ensure successful event participation. Represent the company at trade fairs, engaging with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. ● Cluster Marketing Activity Planning: Participate in the planning and coordination of cluster-wide marketing activities and campaigns. Collaborate with the cluster marketing team to align local and cluster marketing strategies and objectives. Contribute to the development of innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and market expansion. Scope of Role The Marketing Specialist will have dual responsibilities, focusing on local marketing initiatives in the UK & Ireland and broader brand ambassador duties across multiple cluster countries.This role is pivotal in driving the company's relaunching efforts, enhancing brand recognition,and ensuring the alignment of local marketing strategies with the overall cluster marketing goals. The specialist will work closely with both the local sales and cluster marketing teams to execute tailored campaigns, provide market insights, and support trade fairs and other promotional events. Skills, Qualifications & Expertise ● Proven experience in marketing, branding, or related roles, preferably within the UK & Ireland market. ● Strong understanding of local market dynamics and industrial customer behavior. ● Knowledge and experience in brand management (e.g., brand awareness & engagement, value added storytelling). ● Knowledge of employer branding strategies and practices. ● Familiarity with trade fair and event planning. ● Project management skills. ● SEA/SEO knowledge. ● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. ● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland and to cluster countries as needed.
