Are you enthusiastic and passionate and looking to join a fast-paced customer service team? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will ensure our customers receive an efficient and positive experience and service. The Customer Service Advisor will work term time only, 3 days per week on Monday, Thursday and Friday. You will choose to work either 18 hours or 21 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 (for example working 9am – 4pm or 9am – 3pm). To be successful in this role you will need to be confident, friendly and have a great telephone manner as the primary function of this role is communicating with all of our new, existing and potential customers What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls and handling queries via telephone and email Inputting orders onto the sales system Producing credit notes and invoices Performing administrative duties such as updating customer accounts and producing delivery notes and invoices Dealing with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner What skills and experience you will need: You have had previous telephone experience – call centre or customer service orientated You will be highly motivated You will be reliable and trustworthy You will have excellent communication skills You will be a strong team player You will be computer literate – (Excel, Word) Previous experience in fresh produce is preferred but not essential A little bit about us: Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952.
