Your Role as a Clinical Lead
You’ll lead the delivery of up to 12 care packages, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the highest standard of care. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining care plans, risk assessments, and caseloads.
* Building strong relationships with clients, families, and their support networks.
* Matching staff capabilities to the needs of clients to ensure effective care.
* Supporting and coaching staff through shadow shifts, training, and assessments.
* Monitoring home environments to identify and address potential risks.
* Communicating effectively with the Registered Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure safety and quality across all care packages.
* Covering shifts and ensuring PPE stock levels remain sufficient.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Registered Nurse with Mental Health experience and an active NMC registration.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in community care or similar settings.
* Skills: Coaching or training experience (Train the Trainer qualification is a bonus). Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and Social Care Codes of Practice. Confident with IT systems and documentation. Proactive and collaborative, with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Travel: Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel across the South West region.
Hours of work: Core Hours to be worked between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with some night shifts required. However, your business is a 24-hour, 7 day a week service, and your shift pattern will need to reflect the needs of this business requirement.
