We are seeking a Contracts and Insurance Officer to join us at Prior’s Court. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and smooth running of Prior’s Court through effective contract management, procurement processes, and strong collaboration with finance and insurance partners.

The role of Contracts and Insurance Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts and Insurance Officer to join our Finance team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing all contractual documentation related to placements with local authorities, ensuring they are renewed annually, and funding agreements are maintained.
You will also liaise with insurance contacts to manage claims and provide necessary information.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact on the smooth operation of our services.
Key responsibilities:
* Produce and track all necessary contractual paperwork to support the admissions process, ensuring funding is agreed before admission or changes to placement provisions.
* Lead the annual uplift review process with placement authorities, with support from the Director of Finance.
* Assist with the invoicing process by obtaining placement purchase orders (POs) and uploading this information to online portals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, including managing claims.
* Assist with any other day-to-day tasks required by the Director of Finance.
* Support the invoicing process for additional services (e.g., hospital stays, additional provisions) in collaboration with local authorities and the Finance team.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong administration skills and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, especially during periods of high pressure.
