Recruitment Consultant Wanted!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team here on a full-time, permanent basis. The Recruitment Consultant will be playing a key role in the team, promoting our services, understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored workforce solutions aligning with our business objectives. The Recruitment Consultant must have proven recruitment experience and a desire to succeed and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant:
* Maintain client, investor, and other business stakeholder relationships
* Sell our recruitment services, pitching products and services to new clients and offering new services to existing clients
* Network with businesses to develop Clearwater as their go-to recruitment choice and arrange client visits
* Fostering B2B relationships to provide candidates and updates on time
* Understand client requirements and develop a good understanding of the role advertised
* Track and record sales targets
* Communicate effectively with Delivery consultants for client needs and demands
* Use sales and business development techniques to pull leads from conversations with clients and candidates for potential business growth
Skills Required for the Recruitment Consultant:
* Proven Recruitment Consultant experience
* Willingness to succeed
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
