We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and hard-working colleague who is committed to improving the wellbeing, attendance and academic outcomes of young people, helping them to achieve more than they thought possible. You will play an important role in supporting high standards of attendance, punctuality and culture across year groups within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will be part of our Inclusion team and work closely with the attendance officer, Heads of Year, SEND and pastoral colleagues, as well as teachers, external agencies and parents/carers.
This is a non-teaching role.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support high standards of attendance and punctuality.
2. Collaborate with the attendance officer, Heads of Year, SEND, and pastoral colleagues.
3. Engage with teachers, external agencies, and parents/carers.
