Your base will be the Winchester office, and you will cover the immediate and surroundings areas, where you will be helping Hotel owners find a buyer!Sell and acquire Hotels on behalf of both private and corporate clientsAccurately conducting market valuations, ultimately leading to instructing these Hotels to the market for saleArrange and conduct viewings with potential buyersBe responsible for the full cycle of the sales process from instruction to completionNetworking with business in the hospitality sectors across your patch to gain future contacts and relationshipsWhat you will haveExperience developing new business and conducting valuationsYou will ideally be from a Business Transfer background or be an extremely experienced resi or commercial Property ValuerIt would be great if you have some commercial property valuation experienceHaving MRICS or Assoc RICS is an advantage but not a necessityYou will be experienced in generating new business in various formatsYou must be able to nurture dealsThis is an extremely rare opportunity to join an global firm specialising in the sale of Businesses and Commercial Property.
