Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services team, including SIPP and SSAS administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day administration of SIPPs, including processing payments and managing client requests
* Processing PCLS payments for clients and performing necessary technical calculations
* Managing regular and ad-hoc payments for clients in retirement
* Performing drawdown calculations, bereavement benefit calculations, and divorce calculations
* Identifying non-standard investments and understanding investment transactions
* Building relationships with our advisers and clients and delivering exceptional communication and service
* Sharing knowledge and support less experienced members of the team
* Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreements
* Improving and/or maintaining Quality Assurance across all areas of your work
* Embedding risk management in all aspects of your work
* Ability to resolve complaints effectively
Requirements:
* Strong SIPP knowledge and experience
* Contribute effectively to our wider business success within the group
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure
* Confident with the ability to ask questions
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
* Fluent and positive written and verbal communication outcome with internal as well as external entities
* Excellent numerical and customer services skills

* Hours of work: your hours of work will be 35 hours per week, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive. These will be worked between 9am to 5pm, including one hour for lunch (unpaid) each day
