The Income Generation Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure and increase revenue streams for the Radius Foundation. Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelors Degree, Graduate diploma) in fundraising, business, non-profit management, marketing, or a related field plus 3 years relevant experience (gained in the last 5 years) OR Proven experience (5 years) in fundraising, income generation, or sales, preferably within a non-profit or charitable organisation (gained in the last 10 years). 2. Experience in managing fundraising campaigns and events with a demonstrated track record of success. 3. Experience of setting budgets, forecasting and delivering against fundraising targets. 4. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, or corporate partners. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude. 6. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport (where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.
