HR Manager
SW18 -Full time- office based-one WFH day after the probation period of 6 months.
Are you a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our clients high-end garden design, construction, and maintenance business.
This standalone role requires a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for compliance and employee engagement.
Working closely with the Chairman and senior leadership team, you will oversee the full HR function, from recruitment and employee relations to training, payroll support, and policy management. As the key HR contact for a diverse workforce across multiple divisions,
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the human resources department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
* Handle payroll management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Utilize HRIS and ATS for efficient recruitment and employee data management.
* Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
* Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
· CIPD qualified, with significant experience managing a standalone HR function
· Good knowledge of UK employment law
· Experience managing payroll and employee benefits
· Comfortable covering the whole HR remit
· Previous experience in construction or similar industry an advantage.
