Elsa’s Cocktail Bar is an exquisite jewel box, bringing Art Deco glamour to the Highlands. Inspired by fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli’s signature style, love of shocking pink and “bon mots”, this bijou bar offers champagne and hand-crafted cocktails that are beautifully presented. The perfect spot for a pre-dinner aperitif or a late-night digestif, the bar showcases Scottish spirits and elixirs.
As an Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender at The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar you will be a part of a small team providing high quality drinks, exceptional service and creating the best experience for our guests. You will take part in creating new menus, attend trainings and tastings, as well as create some very unique and tailor-made cocktails.
As Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender you will be responsible for:
* Hosting guests and making menu recommendations.
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
* Ensuring all guests are provided with attentive, courteous, and professional service of the highest standard.
* Supporting with stock control - date checks, rotation, upsell of old/new lines, reporting underselling lines to be replaced.
* Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
Our successful Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender will have:
* Proven experience as a Bartender or a similar role within a similar hospitality environment.
* Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail trends.
* The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
* Initiative, emotional intelligence and strong communication and organisation skills.
* The ability to work under pressure.
* A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
* A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
