Do you have a passion for coordinating IT-based projects? If so, we have a opportunity for you at Flagship Group, based in our King Street Office. We are seeking an IT Project Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you’ll support the Project Managers by taking ownership of administrative and coordination tasks relating to various projects. Your role involves developing and maintaining team communication systems and you are responsible for ensuring project documentation is organised. You work to keep projects on track and within budget whilst ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard, in line with company policies. This is an essential role in delivering IT initiatives that support Flagship's mission to solve the housing crisis.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with great ability to prioritise. You'll be proficient in MicrosoftOffice and other digital tools for documentation preparation, data analysis and project tracking. You will be able to work as a team and bring an enthusiastic and flexible attitude with a focus on customer service. You should also have foundational understanding of project management processes with a view to developing further in this field.
In return, you'll have ongoing personal and professional development using Flagship Group’s own Academy platform. You'll enhance your project support capabilities working across a number of busines functions. You'll develop your communication, organisation and technical skills whilst gaining exposure across all areas of project management.
At Flagship we believe in agile working, however 2 days per week in our Norwich office are expected in this role.
