Job Description To provide the technical expertise necessary to efficiently manage modern “Smart Buildings” and optimize energy efficiency in campus facilities. The position will be integral to the energy management team. The sophistication of the technology associated with Smart Buildings as it relates to HVAC controls, fire/safety and electrical systems continues to increase rapidly and requires a thorough understanding of a variety of disciplines including mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles along with a strong background in operations and maintenance of HVAC equipment and utility billing. This position will report to the HVAC supervisor and work very closely with the HVAC shop or the maintenance shops.
