What you can expect:
* To be the CQC Registered Manager for the hospital.

* Some travel across the Area as part of the Area Management Team to share best practices.
What you will be doing:
* Ensuring the quality of care delivered at the site meets recognized standards.
* Rotating and developing a multi-disciplinary team to meet the levels of service and activity for the hospital.
* Leading on incidents, safeguarding alerts, referrals, and complaints.
* Monitoring SLAs and escalating as required.
* Ensuring all stock levels are maintained to deliver healthcare services.
* Managing staff performance.
* Overseeing the performance of consultant surgeons working at your site to ensure SpaMedica continues to deliver high-quality clinical services and customer service.
* Maintaining regular relationships with the local CQC team.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and submitting notifications as required.
What are we looking for in our Hospital Manager?
* A leader who can drive a team to achieve excellence.
* Ability to analyze data and act upon it, using bespoke systems and MS Office products at an intermediate level.
* Resilience to manage difficult conversations and complaints.
* Working knowledge of legislation affecting healthcare services and employment law.
