From extending a warm welcome upon their arrival to personally addressing their queries throughout the visit, both on-site and remotely via telephone, email, and social media, we strive to create a seamless and delightful experience for our guests. In addition, our team is adept at efficiently resolving any concerns or complaints, further ensuring that each visit to Longleat is nothing short of the best possible experience. Reporting to the Guest Experience Assistant Manager, your role will involve delivering outstanding front-line customer service experiences to our guests, whilst making every effort to maximise sales. Key duties will include: Greeting guests on their arrival to Longleat, checking tickets and advising them on the Longleat offerings for the day. Understanding and resolving of guest complaints and enquiries face to face on the day. Selling and setting up of guest’s membership. Answer and resolve guest queries on the telephone, via email and across all our social media platforms. Cash handling and cashing up the tills at the end of each day. Where appropriate, you’ll also enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling when engaging with guests and helping them make informed decisions about their visit. About you: You will have a good knowledge of IT products and have a strong and competent ability to use computers and associated software. Your passion will shine through in your enthusiasm and energy, serving each and every guest with excellent communication skills in a positive and friendly nature Experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage. Your contract This is a permanent contract with variable hours, based on a minimum of 12 hours per week on average, with additional hours during peak seasons. You will be working hours to vary over a 7-day rota basis, you must be available for some weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
