Your Role
Every Client Is Unique, And So Is The Care They Require. You’ll Be Supporting a Client With All Aspects Of Their Day-to-day Care, Including:
* Medication administration
* Oral suctioning
* Enteral feeding via RIG/PEG/Mic-Key gastrostomy
* Seizure/epilepsy management
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment
* Supporting the use and maintenance of medical equipment
What matters most is your ability to build trust and meaningful connections. This is a physically active role, so you’ll also need the confidence and capability to manage the hands-on elements of care.
We’ll Support You
Care is about more than practical support – it’s about relationships. That’s why we provide you with:
* Comprehensive training (online and in-person)
* NVQ opportunities in health and social care
* Day-to-day support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager
* Access to our ‘Carer App’ for insight and guidance
* A chance to meet your client and their family before starting
You may work independently or as part of a small team depending on the client. Additional hours may be available if you’re open to supporting other clients.
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate: £14.00
* Ongoing development and training
* Well-being support through our Employee Assistance Programme
* Referral payments if you recommend someone to join us
