About the role
12-Month Placement. We’re looking for a Product Design Intern with a passion for design systems to work on our in-house web design system that enables & supports a diverse range of external and internal websites and tools across the company. You will be working in partnership with other designers and engineers working on the design system.

What you’ll be doing
* Work with designers on design system enhancements and/or new components as well as ongoing maintenance.
* Work closely with a core team of designers to ensure best design system practices.
* Help set up and validate processes for how asks made, tracked, design validated/approved and worked on with engineering.
* Trial, refine and roll out communication around design library updates, capturing changes and impacts to design and development.
* Onboard new UX team members to the design system and workflow.
* Own your designs and communicate effectively, articulating your design decisions to colleagues from diverse disciplines.
* Give and receive feedback in regular design critiques from your peers.
* Learn a lot about how design systems are practically applied, how they evolve and scale.
We are excited if you have
* Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or a related field. Due to graduate in December 2025 or later.
* In-depth experience working with Figma
* Familiarity with Design Systems
* Meticulous attention
