Band E Part Time Permanent 31.67 hours 39 weeks per year Ideally, the successful candidate will be a reflective practitioner with relevant experience of working with pupils with special educational needs. Applicants should have a secure knowledge of child development and be highly committed to supporting vibrant teaching. They will need to be able to demonstrate that they have the ability to move learning on in all settings. Applicants must be committed to supporting a very diverse pupil population. It is highly desirable to have experience working with pupils with ASD and/or children with complex needs. The school has provision for pupils in the main Wallasey site and 11 additional classes in our Pensby site. Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a team at either site is essential.
