Purchasing Administrator \n\nLeeds\n £26,000 - £28,000 \n\n09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday\n\nBonuses, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, progression opportunities, flexible hours.\n\nAbout The Role:\n\nAs a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth purchasing operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRaising purchase orders (POs) and progressing outstanding orders\nChecking lead times and stock availability\nCommunicating order status and stock availability to sales teams\nArranging internal warehouse transfers of goods\nManaging supplier sales issues and complaints\nConfirming client delivery addresses and details\nLiaising with UK & international suppliers\nCoordinating with other departments when necessary\nStock control & inventory management\nAccurately inputting new stock onto databases\nMaintaining supplier relationships\nSupporting sales administration teams where required\nEnsuring price lists are up to date and accurate\nAttending occasional trade shows\nAssisting with purchasing forecasts\nWorking to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment\nExperience / Skills Required:\n\nAbility to prioritise workload\nExperience in administration and a good understanding of operations within a purchasing department\nStrong organisational and time-management skills\nAbility to work independently and work to your own initiative\nERP & stock management system experience (Streamline or similar preferred)\nRight to work within the UK is essential\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\n£26K - £28K salary\nBonuses paid twice a year – up to £5K per annum\n23 days annual leave plus bank holidays\nProgression routes\nHow To Apply?\n\nSimply click apply or contact Jake Voisey on the details provided
