We are looking for Bank Senior Support Workers to join our team and work across all two care homes within Bath and North East Somerset Council on a Casual basis. Your responsibilities will include: You are responsible for leading the shifts, ensuring the staff are providing meaningful engagement and activity throughout the day. You will ensure the care floor is staffed appropriately, providing guidance and support with key staff at Supervision. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, following policy and procedure in a proactive manner. You will be able to support and guide the staff in any emergency. Undertake audits, proving positive feedback to staff with audit outcomes.
