About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support our ambitious growth plans and cultural aspirations. You will be instrumental in embedding our values and behaviours, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring that our people are empowered to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is all about creating meaningful change and building a workplace where trust, accountability, and collaboration enable exceptional performance.
The role will require a presence across our sites in the South of England, primarily at Aylesbury (Bucks), Teddington and Dorking (Surrey) with the ability to travel further afield on occasion, for example, to our Head Office in Huddersfield.

About You
You’ll bring:
1. Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or a senior HR role, ideally within a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
2. A strong focus on culture, employee engagement, and organisational development.
3. Expertise in leading complex change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
4. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
5. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery.
6. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and the latest trends in people and culture.
7. CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
