Main duties of the job
As a Charge Nurse at HC-One, you will be overseeing the care of every one of the residents in your area of the care home. You will even run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. Whether you are following up on any resident visits related to ill health, administering prescribed medicines, or keeping records to meet statutory legal requirements, you will always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
