About the Role
To provide support to the Attendance Coordinator and PA to the Service Manager and be the first point of contact for attendance queries from schools, parents and other agencies, either by telephone or email. You will maintain a database of all incoming enquiries. You will be expected to take on case work and produce data, statistics and reports.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
* Answering telephone and inbox attendance enquiries from schools
* Arranging primary school referral planning & review meetings
* Maintaining database and tracking of all incoming enquiries
* Recording involvements and case notes on Capita One
* Case work involving direct support to Attendance Officer
* Produce data, statistics and reports
* Work with Children Missing Education admin allowing interchange of roles
