FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Assistant based in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, starting ASAP on an ongoing contract basis.
Main duties include:
* Assist with the administration for the monthly payroll.
* Ensures accurate calculation of wages and salaries of employees by performing routine duties necessary for these calculations.
* Updating monthly accrual spreadsheets.
* Admin of pension schemes.
* Managing payroll mailbox and responding to general payroll queries
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* Experience working in a busy Payroll department, with large headcounts
* Able to start Immediately or at very short notice (circa 1 week)
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
