An independently owned Installer are currently hiring. You will be based locally and the work is mainly regional with occasional further travel and overnight stays if required. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Fire and Security Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various fire and security projects for our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills. You will be responsible for the PNL and reporting to Directors within an independantly owned installer. You must have CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm knowledge, if you have multidisciplined experience across both fire and security, this is valuable but not essential. You must be technical with commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and manage fire and security projects from start to finish - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met - Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify any potential issues - Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained - Monitor project budget and schedule to ensure projects are completed within scope and on time - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies - Mentor and train junior project managers and team members Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, in the fire and security industry - Strong knowledge of fire and security systems and regulations SMSTS and understanding of CDM regulations preferred but not essential IOSH Managing Safely certified is preferred but not essential Package: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience) Car allowance or company vehicle Expenses, mileage covered, laptop and mobile provided 25 days holiday bank holiday Pension
