Job Description
Working in our busy HR team, the Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive admin support and assist colleagues with a range of general queries. Key responsibilities include:*Processing new starters and ensuring accurate records are maintained on the HR database*Assisting with recruitment administration, liaising with candidates and maintaining records of recruitment activity*Monitoring the HR and Recruitment inboxesThis is a fully 'in-office' part-time role and we can offer a contract ranging from 16 to 22.5 hours per week, over 3 to 5 days, depending on what fits best around your other commitments.You will find more detail about the day-to-day responsibilities and tasks involved in this role at the end of this pack.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time Administrator should have:
