Key Duties:
1. Handle a diverse caseload of trust matters, including ongoing management and creation.
2. Draft conveyancing documents and manage Land Registry submissions.
3. Develop proficiency in private client matters.
4. Efficiently and accurately handle administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate will Demonstrate/Key Requirements:
1. Ideally working within a private client position as a Solicitor, paralegal, or legal executive dealing with conveyancing or trusts.
2. Desire to develop a career within a forward-thinking firm.
3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in all administrative tasks.
4. Demonstrated previous experience handling your own caseload.
