We are seeking customer focused, inspiring and forward-thinking people from a range of professional backgrounds (including existing Trainers, Learning & Development, Healthcare Professionals, Nursing and Midwifery and Administrative & Clerical roles). Based in the purpose built Research Innovation Learning and Development Centre (RILD) or North Devon District Hospital you will work as part of an existing team of experienced application trainers. Importance is placed on effective team working to ensure a consistent approach to training delivery, access to training, team working and sharing of best practice. The adaptable approach of team members is an essential element in supporting the Trust in implementing Clinical Digital Services and Trust strategies. The ideal candidate will have current experience of end user training delivery including one to one and large groups, excellent IT skills, interpersonal and planning skills, alongside strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Travel will be required between sites to deliver training as required. This is an exciting time across Digital Services as we align with Torbay & South Devon Hospital and Plymouth University Hospitals. This role will also involve supporting the One Devon Epic, Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme, some travel to other Devon Trust sites may be required.
