Key Duties and Responsibilities: Perform end-of-day financial audits and ensure all transactions are balanced. Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth operations during night hours. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent service and problem resolution. Monitor hotel security, conduct regular safety checks, and follow fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests. Perform cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant, and bar floor. Set up function rooms, breakfast areas, and other spaces as per nightly checklists. Maintain the front entrance and exterior areas of the hotel, ensuring they are clean and presentable at all times. Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Requirements: Experience in hospitality or a similar night-time operational role is preferred. Strong numerical and financial skills for audit responsibilities. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A warm, friendly, and professional attitude when dealing with guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
