Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more.
Your New Role...
Working within the Worldwide Tours & Retail Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's presence on social media across multiple Studio Tour and Retail business units including but not limited to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Platform 9 ¾, The Harry Potter Shop and Harry Potter New York, helping shape and execute the social media strategy across multiple channels.
Your Role Accountabilities...
1. Deliver on social media strategies for individual business units.
2. Lead social projects, including campaigns to launch new products, features, or experiences.
3. Serve as a social-first brand guardian across all social channels, ensuring quality control.
4. Regularly report on organic and paid social media activations, using insights to inform future content decisions.
5. Manage day-to-day agency operations, oversee multi-channel content plans, source assets, and produce briefs.
6. Build and nurture relationships with content creators to develop creator outreach programmes, manage creator visits and campaigns.
7. Coordinate with key stakeholders for social requests, plans, and approvals.
8. Stay updated with social trends, capture and edit social-first content, and regularly write copy for social media.
9. Seek cross-promotion opportunities, report on social media activations, support paid campaigns, and provide on-the-ground support for shoots and events.
10. Keep up with social best practices, work with the Digital Marketing Assistant on photo and video shoots, and oversee community management.
Qualifications & Experience...
1. Solid social media background with experience in creating and delivering successful social-first strategies and ideating social campaigns.
2. Experience using social media platforms and analytics (including, but not limited to, Meta Business Suite, Meta Creator Studio, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube and TikTok).
3. Proficiency with social management tools (Sprout Social preferred), and a passion for social media culture and trends.
4. Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills, good knowledge of the Harry Potter franchise, commercial acumen, and experience with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro is a plus.
5. Experience in the entertainment, tourism, attractions, or retail industry is advantageous.
Working Pattern...
At times, the role will require regular working during early mornings, evenings, weekends and school holidays which are the peak operating times.
Hybrid Working
This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
