A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work within a well-established, friendly firm of Accountants, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with a varied client portfolio on a variety of duties such as:
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for limited companies and partnerships
Producing monthly management accounts for clients
Client bookkeeping
Corporation tax returns
VAT return / CIS returns
Liaising with clients, answering queries and building positive rapport
You will need previous experience working within a firm of Accountants within a similar role. Ideally you will have previous experience using Sage and Xero software. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to be a trainee, semi-senior or senior accountant within practice.
