I am looking for an experienced Incident Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead or support Senior Group and Major Incident Managers on Bronze or Silver Incidents.
2. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status, service impact, and actions/ timelines.
3. Run and document Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) and track actions to completion.
What You'll Need:
4. Proven experience in Group (Business) Incident Management.
5. Strong leadership and development skills.
6. Understanding of key technologies and applications in banking.
Essentials:
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Banking experience
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
10. Experience in Partner engagement through Incidents, PIRs, and/ or Service Reviews.
11. Tenacity, resilience, and flexibility to work OOH/ Standby for incidents and major IT releases.
