About the Role
This exciting position involves teaching Media and Photography to KS3 and KS4 students, developing a creative curriculum that encourages students to explore visual storytelling, media theory, and technical skills in photography. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Media and Photography
* Inspire creativity and self-expression, promoting students’ skills in visual literacy
* Support and challenge students to achieve their full potential
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Encourage participation in extra-curricular activities and competitions
Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification
* Specialization in Media, Photography, or a related field
* Experience in teaching Media and/or Photography, ideally at the secondary level
* Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students with diverse learning needs
