This is a temporary to permanent position, offering an opportunity to be part of an exciting business plan. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and experience using SAGE 200. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Input and maintain customer information and sales data in the SAGE 200 system. Generate and prepare sales reports, invoices, and other administrative documents as required. Liaise with customers and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. Track and manage customer accounts, ensuring payments are processed and overdue accounts are followed up. Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with scheduling and organizing meetings. Ensure that all sales-related documentation is properly filed and maintained. Assist with the coordination of stock levels and product availability. Support the broader administrative team with general office duties when necessary. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a sales administration role, ideally in a senior capacity. Proficient in using SAGE 200 (or any form of SAGE). Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and report generation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. What We Offer: Competitive salary (£28,000 - £33,000 per annum).
