You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring our apprentices, helping shape the next generation of electricians.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to high standards
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the team and independently when needed
* Train and mentor apprentices to develop their skills
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
* At least 5 years of electrical experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding and technical skills
* Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
* Confidence and enthusiasm in training apprentices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
* Inspection and Testing qualification (2391)
* Experience with solar installations, EV chargers, or renewable energy systems (e.g., BPEC Qualifications)
* Knowledge of Solar PV/Battery System Designs
* CSCS/ECS Card
