Role: Account Specialist
Contract: 14 months
Location: Liverpool, St Helens, Isle of Man, Wirral, Blackpool

Objective: Be the direct contact for key stakeholders to communicate the value proposition; be the main executor of the infield brand strategy. Develop customer relationships whilst maximising opportunities based on strong account plans.
Key Responsibilities
Customer selling and relationship management:
1. Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory.
2. Develop Smart pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals.
3. Effectively handle objections or concerns and consistently gain a logical, reasonable call to action/close on every sales call.
4. Educate medical providers and staff.
5. Identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.
6. Differentiates the product value proposition.
Continuously strive to gain market intelligence:
1. Capacity to organize and manage stakeholder meetings.
2. Differentiates the company's value proposition to physicians or other stakeholders assigned.
3. Strong communication skills, ability to flex style based on customer insights.
Clinical and Market Knowledge Development:
1. Share best practices to enhance our business success across the Brand Teams.
2. Proactively initiate, develop and implement a growth plan to develop in current position and prepare for future opportunities.
3. Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market and competitive intelligence expertise.
4. Have a deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
Territory Management:
1. Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence.
2. Develop a business plan for own territory in line with brand strategy.
3. Accurately identify customer position on sales cycle.
4. Effectively target and track resources to maximise sales opportunities.
5. Adhere to industry and business compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Must have proven top tier Pharmaceutical sales success, ideally in a specialist area.
2. Experience within Dermatology or Immunology would be advantageous.
3. Excellent customer relationship skills to build, develop and maintain internal and external partnerships.
4. Solutions-focused, positive attitude is a must.
